I want to share a personal story with you. My business wasn't what it is today as little as five years ago. I lost four property managers in the space of a week, I was setting up a new property management software system and implementing my first virtual assistant. I didn't have time for growth and my existing clients were so unhappy my managements were literally running out the door.

I was surviving on creditor debt and well my profit margin was beyond the red, whatever colour that might be. I wanted to give up, shut the doors, curl up in the foetal position and drink myself into a coma every night. I was a shell of my former self, stressed to the max and full of anxiety.

I had to seriously overhaul my business and my life before I didn't have one. I sat down and went through every aspect of my business and put a series of frameworks in place to change it for the better.
